Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Program

HOW DOES THE VR PROGRAM WORK?

Like an athlete, you get a team of people to support you in achieving your goals.

  1. Meet your VR Counselor and team. Your team will guide and support you in building your career.

  2. Choose your employment goal.

  3. Create a plan to get to your goal.

  4. Work your plan. Meet with your VR Counselor to check in along the way.

  5. Get your job!

  6. Become successful in your job.

 


WHAT VR SERVICES COULD YOU GET?

Your services will be based on what you need. These could include:

  • Counseling & Guidance

  • Assistive Technology

  • Job Skills Training

  • College Tuition & Supplies

  • Training in Independent Living Skills

  • Job Placement

  • Benefits Counseling

  • Job Coaching
