The company provides software and services for individuals with cognitive disabilities and/or impairments. The software is web-based, so it can be used on any mobile, laptop, or desktop device that has a web browser and an internet connection. It is designed to help consumers be more independent in performing their job tasks, and to give them the ability to create a kind of employment portfolio or multimedia resumé to document their accomplishments and be more successful in obtaining employment. It can be used for job training, as they are currently doing with CVS Health and their Workforce Initiatives Program for hiring individuals with disabilities. It can also be used to self-manage on the job, set goals, and document performance. It is all universally designed to be cognitvely accessible to a wide range of users, while also helping trainers, job coaches, and managers to be more effective with the in-person or remote support they provide.
