  • Qualified Prospective Employees to meet your HR Diversity Needs.

  • Qualified Prospective Employees who are Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) eligible.

  • Disability Awareness training and consultation to provide businesses and staff with information, tips and resources for working and interacting with individuals with disabilities.

  • On the Job Training (OJT), funded by federal economic stimulus money under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), to cover the cost of training, specific to your business’ needs, for a qualified job seeker employed from our client database or a current qualified employee with a disability seeking career advancement or job change.

  • Job Site Accommodation Consultation to assess the needs of prospective employees with a disability or an employee who becomes disabled.

  • Technical Assistance to secure cost effective reasonable accommodation.

  • In-depth Disability Employment Law training through a network of knowledgeable trainers (including Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)).
