Center for Accessible Technology (C4AT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that charges an hourly fee for evaluations and services. They do not purchase equipment for clients but may borrow equipment from vendors for trials. C4AT has been bridging digital divides f or people with disabilities since 1983. They provide evaluation, consultation, and training services for both people with disabilities facing challenges to access/utilize a computer and/or digital devices, and the service providers who work with them. They specialize in helping individuals who have complex computer/digital access needs that don't fall neatly into disability categories. - for example, a person who has combined physical and learning access challenges.
