Blackboard LMS and Collaborate work best with the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge

What does this mean for DOR’s External Partners? The LMS represents a giant leap forward, offering:

  • A virtual one-stop shop where you can enroll in, complete and download completion certificates for all mandatory trainings, such as Ethics and Sexual Harassment Prevention training.

  • A tool for tracking training records online.

  • A web-conferencing tool, Blackboard Collaborate, allowing users to share documents/screens from any computer, laptop or mobile device.

Below you will find videos and quick reference guides of how to use the system.
