Welfare

Welfare cooperative programs were designed to build partnerships between local Human Services Agencies (HSA) and the DOR. The programs are administered through cooperative agreements with select county human services agencies. The programs serve recipients of human service agency services, who are also DOR consumers with significant disabilities, and assists them to obtain meaningful employment.
