Eliana Cuentas has worked with students on life after high school for over 15 years and most recently with the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) as the Staff Services Manager I for the GLAD District Student Services Team. Empowering students by helping them understand what jobs are available for them, how to apply to a college or university, how to build a resume, how to interview and offering real world work-experience are a few of the focuses with DOR. Currently collaborating with school districts, many charter schools and community partners in the greater Los Angeles area, continues to push us and engage us to our community and the needs of all our students.

Janna Rayton

Hello, my Name is Janna I am the Student Services Counselor at the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) Norwalk Branch Office. I received my Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Cal State San Bernardino. I have had the pleasure of working with youth with disabilities since 2015. I currently work with students ages 16-21 with disabilities on pre-employment transition services in the Norwalk and surrounding areas.

My name is Melissa and I am the Student Services Coordinator stationed at the Norwalk Branch Office. I have been with the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) since 2024. I work alongside Student Services Counselors to provide five core services to students with disabilities aged 16-21 in the surrounding areas of Commerce, Norwalk, and East Los Angeles. My purpose is to ensure students are prepared to enter the workforce after high school and have the proper skills and knowledge to achieve their future career goals.

Sherrell Robinson

My name is Sherrell. I’m an Office Technician (General) and Timekeeper Supervisor. I have been with Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) since 2016. I provide a range of basic office support activities for a unit/department and perform routine clerical, data entry & assigned work. I track student timesheets or timecards, as well as oversee employee timecards to ensure accuracy and resolve errors (e.g. missed punches, meal break adjustments, correct job).
