REGIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP FORUM (YLF) EVENTS

Leadership happens all year long.

Through partnerships with organizations and communities across California, the California Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) offers regional events that bring leadership development, self-advocacy, and disability pride to youth and young adults with disabilities closer to home.

Regional YLF events provide opportunities to connect with peers, learn from leaders with disabilities, strengthen self-advocacy skills, and explore pathways to education, employment, independent living, and community engagement. Each event is designed to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where participants can build confidence, discover new opportunities, and grow as leaders.

Whether you're attending your first YLF event or continuing your leadership journey, every regional event is an opportunity to learn, connect, and make a difference.
